Leading Two Way Ball Valve Manufacturers

If the ball is positioned in a way where the hole is not in this position, but rather in a perpendicular position to the passageway then the valve is closed as the fluid cannot pass through it. There are a number of different styles and options when decided what type of ball valve is right for you and your application, a skilled and experienced two way ball valve manufacturer will be able to diagnose your unique work environment to better equip you with a valve that will add value to your overall process. Two Way Ball Valves A Ball valve is a form of valve in which a ball is placed within a tube or passage way that has a fluid flowing through it. The valve itself is opened by water passing through a hole in the ball, when the ball is positioned in a way that the hole runs the same direction as the passageway this opens the valve.

Valworx offers ball valves in Stainless Steel, Sanitary, Brass and PVC. Our standard quarter-turn ball valves use handles for manual operation. For actuation, some ball valves feature a mounting pad cast into the housing for mounting directly to pneumatic or electric actuators. Actuated ball valve assemblies are typically used for On/Off or modulating control of water, air, oil and other...

Ball valves themselves are not all that reliable when it comes to applications where fine control of the valve is required such as in a throttle in a car. Two way ball valves are made with a single, straight passageway that is straight through the middle of the ball which makes two openings.

Three way ball valves are also available if your application so requires. Within the family of ball valves, there are three distinct types of ball valves a full port valve, a standard port valve and a reduced port valve. The standard port valve does have a regularly sized ball and the hole in the ball is smaller than the passageway, the full port valve has no flow restriction so when the valve is open there is no flow restriction.

Finally, the reduced port valve has a small ball with an even smaller hole, this creates significant flow restriction when the liquid passes through it.

No matter your application or unique needs, the right two way ball valve manufacturer will be able to suggest the best style and type of ball valve for your application. The best way to ensure that you get the right product which matches your vision is to work with the right manufacturer who has the skills, experience and knowledge to turn your vision into reality.

Ball Valves

Ball Valves

A ball valve is a shut-off valve that allows or obstructs the flow of liquids and gases in a piping system by rotating the ball having a bore inside the valve for 90°. The ball is mounted against two seats and has a stem that connects it to the operating and control mechanism that rotates the ball…

PVC Ball Valves

PVC Ball Valves

A PVC or polyvinyl chloride ball valve is a plastic on and off valve that has a rotary ball with a bore where turning the ball a quarter turn can stop the flow of a fluid. They are highly durable, cost effective and can be…

Butterfly Valves

Butterfly Valves

A butterfly valve is a quarter-turn rotational motion device that utilizes a rotary disc to allow, obstruct, or control the flow of fluids in a piping system. It features a rotating disc that is situated on the passageway of the flowing media…

Check Valves

Check Valves

A check valve is a safety device designed to allow fluids and gases to flow in one direction. Under pressure, fluids enter the valve at the inlet and exit through the outlet. Uninterrupted flow continues until the pressure drops, or the pump is shut down…

Diaphragm Valves

Diaphragm Valves

Diaphragm valves utilize a flexible diaphragm to obstruct, control, or isolate the flow of fluids. The diaphragm acts as the flow control element that flexes up or down to increase or decrease the fluid flow rate, respectively…

Spring vs. Swing Check Valves

Spring vs. Swing Check Valves

A spring check valve is a valve that ensures unidirectional flow and prevents reverse flow. They have a single inlet and outlet and must be placed in proper orientation to function correctly. On the side of a spring check valve, and all…
